I don’t know how I knew it, but I always knew Barry Diller was gay (and I live in “flyover country”). But I also “knew” that he and Diane were crazy about each other. Did they have sex? Maybe…maybe not, but there was an attraction between them that was monumental and seemed to transcend a normal heterosexual arrangement.

I preordered the book on Kindle and I’m looking forward to jumping into it tonight.
